Job Summary

To support the educational mission of the Investigational Cancer Therapeutics department, the full-time Program Coordinator for Cancer Education will manage and coordinate academic and training programs, including clinical fellowships and graduate-level curricula, while working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Direct operations of ICT educational programs, including fellowship and graduate programs
  • Collaborate with faculty and leadership to develop and maintain curricula, schedules, and educational materials
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and accrediting guidelines while managing administrative initiatives and communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • Three years of project/program coordination experience; one year required with a Master's degree
  • Experience coordinating academic or medical education programs within an academic medical center
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance with guidelines
