Program Coordinator for Cancer Therapeutics

Job Summary

Supporting the educational mission of the Investigational Cancer Therapeutics department, the full-time Program Coordinator for Cancer Therapeutics will manage and coordinate complex academic and training programs, oversee departmental educational operations, and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines in a hybrid onsite/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct operations of educational programs, including fellowship and graduate programs
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to develop curricula and manage trainee opportunities
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and manage program documentation and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Three years of project/program coordination experience; one year with a Master's degree
• Experience coordinating academic or medical education programs within an academic medical center
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance with institutional requirements
