Job Summary
Supporting the educational mission of the Investigational Cancer Therapeutics department, the full-time Program Coordinator for Cancer Therapeutics will manage and coordinate complex academic and training programs, oversee departmental educational operations, and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines in a hybrid onsite/remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct operations of educational programs, including fellowship and graduate programs
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership to develop curricula and manage trainee opportunities
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and manage program documentation and reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Three years of project/program coordination experience; one year with a Master's degree
- Experience coordinating academic or medical education programs within an academic medical center
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance with institutional requirements
