Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for HR Talent Development & Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Organize and coordinate logistics for courses, programs, and special events
- Monitor project progress, track data, and ensure timely delivery of programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Exposure to improvement methodologies such as LEAN preferred
- Demonstrated ability to leverage program management tools preferred
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus
