Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for HR Talent Development & Learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and administrative support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Organize and coordinate logistics for courses, programs, and special events
  • Monitor project progress, track data, and ensure timely delivery of programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Exposure to improvement methodologies such as LEAN preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage program management tools preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus
