Program Cost Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Cost Account Manager and Bid and Proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate detailed proposals for Camera and Sensor Packaging operations
• Monitor and control budget, including Estimate at Complete (EAC) development and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Facilitate Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) gate activities and manage data analysis with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years' related experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
• Experience in programs, bids, proposals, finance, and/or project management
• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software applications
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
• Experience in transition to production programs in an operations management role
