Program Cost Controls Lead
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Program Cost Controls Lead will perform financial analysis, scenario simulations, and forecasting for the Global Patriot Product Line, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed cost and schedule analysis on master schedule shifts within the Product Line
- Partner with Patriot Product Line, Cross Functional, and Program Leadership Teams to provide financial insights
- Support financial business cases for Company Funding Requests and Appropriation Requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement in Program Controls
- Proficiency in finance tools related to program costs, scheduling, tracking, and forecasting
- Familiarity with current Raytheon tools/systems such as Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) and Material Requirements Planning (PRISM)
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual obligations
