Program Delivery Consultant

Job Summary

Guiding a select group of complex global customers, the remote Program Delivery Consultant will provide strategic advisory services, oversee program orchestration, and drive business transformations to modernize commerce programs through technology recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define program and technology roadmaps, presenting and consulting on strategic visions
• Oversee complex program roll-outs to ensure KPIs are met in collaboration with the Professional Services team
• Identify organizational silos and consult on change management to facilitate transitions from legacy systems to modern tech stacks

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in technology consulting and large-scale digital program delivery
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar engagements or transformation programs with global clients
• Deep understanding of the Retail/eCommerce technology ecosystem, including PIM, DAM, and ERP systems
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts as business value to non-technical executives
• Experience with Salsify or similar PXM/MDM platforms is a significant plus
