Program Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Delivery Director who will provide leadership and accountability for project delivery across various portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery execution across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with program objectives and client expectations
• Define and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, processes, and quality assurance practices
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges and provide guidance to team leaders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in leading large, complex IT delivery programs
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional delivery teams in a federal government contracting environment
• Deep understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
