Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Delivery Director to manage complex enterprise-wide retail business transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Managers and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects across various customers
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers and third-party providers
• Oversee financial performance and strategic account management to achieve business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) required
• 7-10 years of experience in Software/Systems Integration or Professional Services for an enterprise software vendor
• Strong people management skills
• Structured financial and operational approach
