Job Summary
Leading a team of business and technology advisors, the full-time remote Program Delivery Director will drive innovation and transformation initiatives for a global client in the financial sector, focusing on aligning strategic business requirements and executing multi-year transformation programs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Program Portfolio Managers and oversee people management responsibilities
- Engage with C-level and client Transformation executives to lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology experts to drive architectural planning and execution plans for client transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 15 years of experience in technology leadership within the hosting and cloud space, preferably with a service provider or cloud MSP
- Experience in planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change management programs
- Demonstrated program leadership and management experience in complex business or IT transformation environments
- Exceptional business acumen to understand and articulate client needs for transformation initiatives
- 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/development/transformation and migrations
