Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple educational programs, the full-time remote Program Delivery Manager will ensure high-quality learner experiences, oversee onboarding and program setup, and drive success metrics while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of programs, focusing on learner satisfaction and performance metrics
• Serve as the primary contact for learner support and engagement, addressing escalations and coordinating events
• Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance program delivery and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-6 years of customer experience management
• Experience in scaling customer experience for high-profile segments
• Strong program management and customer service skills
• Experience with online learning delivery
