Program Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple educational programs, the full-time remote Program Delivery Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for learners, drive program success metrics, and ensure high-quality learner experiences while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee learner onboarding activities and manage program success metrics, including completion rates and satisfaction
• Deliver personalized support to learners, addressing escalations and monitoring progress to enhance retention
• Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to align program delivery and implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-6 years of customer experience management
• Experience in scaling customer experience for high-profile customer segments
• Strong program management and customer service capabilities
• Experience with online learning delivery
