Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple educational programs, the full-time remote Program Delivery Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for learners, drive program success metrics, and ensure high-quality learner experiences while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee learner onboarding activities and manage program success metrics, including completion rates and satisfaction
- Deliver personalized support to learners, addressing escalations and monitoring progress to enhance retention
- Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to align program delivery and implement process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-6 years of customer experience management
- Experience in scaling customer experience for high-profile customer segments
- Strong program management and customer service capabilities
- Experience with online learning delivery
