Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program / Service Delivery Manager - DevOps & Kubernetes (Azure).

Key Responsibilities

Lead program and service delivery for large-scale DevOps and Kubernetes platforms
Manage operational delivery across multiple teams ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud platforms
Serve as the primary communication bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program management, service delivery, or platform operations
Strong experience managing DevOps and Kubernetes-based platforms
Hands-on understanding of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Networking
Proven expertise in SLA/KPI/OLA governance and reporting
Experience in incident management and problem management
