Program Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GROW Program Designer to develop and oversee educational programs for school districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their objectives and student needs
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure alignment of program goals with stakeholders
• Lead onboarding sessions and facilitate communication between schools and internal teams to support program implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an educational setting or project management roles within educational contexts
• Experience in developing detailed project plans and managing educational programs
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis to guide educational strategies
