Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program and Development Coordinator to support grantmaking and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of Bridge Fund programs, including scheduling, tracking project progress, and managing consultant contracts
  • Assist in grants administration activities and support the full lifecycle of the grants process
  • Manage fundraising operations, including processing gifts and maintaining donor records, while collaborating on donor communications
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, grantmaking, and/or fundraising
  • Experience in public media, journalism, nonprofits, or philanthropy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and grants management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may substitute for education
