Job Summary

Focused on advancing fundraising initiatives, the full-time Program Development Coordinator will manage grant writing, reporting, and strategic development efforts while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance supporter relationships and meet philanthropic revenue goals.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research and develop a prospect list of grant opportunities aligned with organizational needs and fundraising goals
  • Coordinate grant requests by establishing timelines, submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with funder deadlines
  • Draft and edit high-quality proposals, reports, and communications that reflect the organization's voice and impact
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in grant writing, development communications, or related fields
  • Experience with graphic design and presentation software, such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising software and grant reporting databases preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and persuasive proposals aligned with organizational goals
