Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Development Manager, Knowledge Management & Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of internal resource libraries and knowledge bases for Territory Partners and internal teams
• Create and manage internal communications to align field and channel teams on new programs and updates
• Identify opportunities to streamline internal communication and knowledge-sharing workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in program management, communications, or operations roles
• Proven experience managing an internal knowledge base
• Strong understanding of channel processes, programs, systems, and functions
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Able to work independently without consistent oversight
