Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for the overall delivery of the implementation of the EIS Suite for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and oversee the delivery of EIS services during implementation
• Collaborate with the System Integration Partner to ensure compliance with EIS standards and effective service delivery
• Handle contractual management and financial oversight, including billing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management with complex enterprise implementations
• Experience leading large insuretech programs and multimillion-dollar initiatives
• Proficiency in managing both onshore and offshore models effectively
• Strong understanding of complex business processes
• Fluent in French, both written and oral
