Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead and grow strategic programs supporting the Department of Commerce and Census Bureau.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all contractor personnel executing program activities including project management and technology integration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding contract execution and performance
• Oversee program budgeting, cost controls, and ensure all deliverables meet performance standards

Required Qualifications

• 16 years of experience in federal IT, program management, and operations
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale federal programs and multi-million dollar portfolios
• Extensive background in strategic planning and customer engagement
• PMP certification or ability to obtain
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain required agency clearance
