Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for the overall delivery of implementation services for the EIS Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high-quality delivery of EIS services
• Collaborate with the System Integration Partner to align implementation with EIS standards
• Handle contractual management and financial activities related to customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management for complex enterprise implementations
• Previous experience leading large insuretech programs and multimillion-dollar projects
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams effectively
• Strong understanding of complex business processes
• Consultative and facilitation skills are essential
