Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for managing large technology implementation projects with multiple sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client contacts and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead project phases from concept to deployment while managing resources and execution activities
• Establish success factors and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to budget and quality goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 16-18 years of experience or Master's/MBA with 14+ years of experience
• Over 7 years of Program Management experience with programs generating $10M+ in annual revenue
• 10+ years of consulting experience in a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager role
• Experience leading a minimum of twelve full life-cycle implementations
• Proficiency in project management tools and a strong understanding of cloud software development lifecycles
