Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of program performance across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and delivery obligations
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary representative with customers, cultivating strong relationships to maximize satisfaction
• Lead change management initiatives and develop strategic program plans to drive organizational growth and success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• 5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification required
• Agile certification required (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master)
• Extensive experience with Agile project management methodology and project management software tools
