Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Program Director to serve as the strategic leader and primary point of contact for significant strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive relationships with key customers and ensure customer success
• Oversee end-to-end program management, including implementation and support initiatives
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth within accounts

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management in enterprise software
• Proven track record with Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant contract values
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
