Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to oversee a large CMS program and ensure the delivery of high-quality training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface to CMS leadership for all contract performance
• Translate CMS goals into executable roadmaps and ensure compliance with federal requirements
• Manage program budgets and maintain close coordination with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing large federal programs, including workforce development or IT-enabled services
• Demonstrated success leading multi-vendor teams in regulated federal environments
• Experience with federal training or certification programs and LMS/digital learning platforms
• Strong understanding of program management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile/SAFe, ITIL)
• Proven ability to manage budgets and maintain audit-ready financial controls
