Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering federal healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in planning and implementation of federal healthcare contracts
• Create and communicate long and short-term project plans, including risk management
• Oversee project budget, team capacity, evaluations, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with program goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Services & Sciences, or a related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust (Tier I) Clearance
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting federal government clients, preferably CMS
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in various project management methodologies
