Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering federal healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in the planning and implementation of federal healthcare contracts
Manage project budgets, team capacity, and deliverables while communicating project risks and delays
Oversee stakeholder meetings, prepare executive communications, and contribute to solution design for healthcare technology projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Services & Sciences, or a related field
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust (Tier I) Clearance
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting federal government clients, preferably CMS
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Proven experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
