Job Summary

Design and manage pilots to validate participant value and operational feasibility

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in related fields
Ten plus (10+) years of experience in launching or scaling initiatives, programs, or platforms
Strong technical fluency with digital tools and platforms
Experience working with pastors, churches, or higher education
Familiarity with digital learning platforms or SaaS models
