Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships while aligning business objectives with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and overall Profit & Loss for assigned accounts
• Oversee day-to-day operations of customer relationship teams to enhance support and guidance
• Lead planning for growth alongside sales and product development teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a Managed Services Organization
• 5+ years of financial acumen in forecasting and budget management
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on achieving both personal and team goals
• Strong strategic and tactical account management skills
