Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to architect learning solutions and oversee program delivery for Fortune 1,000 clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to create proposals and design leadership development journeys
Lead the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring client needs are integrated into program design
Utilize AI for personalized participant experiences and measure the ROI of interventions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with L&D and Talent leads in US Fortune 1,000 companies
4+ years of experience designing learning solutions for senior leaders
Ability to coach leaders at the SVP level
Proficiency in using Generative AI tools for productivity and design quality
Compensation range of $80-120K
