Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead a Rapid Outbreak and Response project funded by the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee implementation of project activities related to infectious disease outbreak response and system reinforcement
• Serve as the primary liaison to the donor, ensuring compliance and timely achievement of program milestones
• Manage project staff and ensure strong operational management in line with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• MPH, MD, or relevant master's degree required; PhD preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in global health security and emergency response
• Expertise in at least two core areas of global health security
• Experience partnering with Ministries of Health and directing large international donor-funded projects
• Fluency in English required; French fluency is preferred
