Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director HTS to manage and oversee complex healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate healthcare programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant service delivery
• Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual and organizational goals
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for program execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, mathematics, or analytics (experience in lieu of degree considered)
• 10 years of experience in project planning and delivery related to the role
• 10 years of experience in a managerial and leadership role
• Domain knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals with claims processing experience
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical programs
