Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead national initiatives aimed at improving the lives of people living with diabetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for large-scale change initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget program delivery
• Support contract renewals and identify new initiative opportunities aligned with the organization's mission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex project and program management
• Experience managing functional and matrixed teams
• Proven track record of managing program budgets greater than $1M
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
