Job Summary

Program Director, a full-time remote position responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across medium- to large-scale programs while managing both design and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build tools and training to support complex program establishment and growth
• Identify and pitch ideas to transform one-off projects into long-term programs
• Oversee financial health and operational oversight of programs, ensuring quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years as a client-facing project manager, with 2 years in an agency setting
• Proven experience leading medium- to large-scale programs
• Strong understanding of technical project lifecycles and experience with Engineering partnerships
• Ability to manage client relationships and operationalize new work effectively
• Curious mindset with a talent for solving complex delivery challenges
