Program Director

Job Summary

Leading strategic operations for the RNI Innovation Center, the full-time remote Program Director will manage clinical research, translational development, and commercialization initiatives while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning them with institutional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical, translational, and applied research initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables for technology advancement
• Facilitate project governance processes, tracking milestones and identifying risks across the research-to-commercialization continuum

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management, strategic operations, or program management within healthcare or life sciences
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in research or product development
• Familiarity with commercialization activities and translational research pathways
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in project management tools
