Job Summary

To architect innovative learning solutions for Fortune 1,000 clients, the full-time Program Director will manage pre-sales proposal development, oversee program design and delivery, and implement AI-driven enhancements while maintaining executive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to create tailored leadership development proposals for Fortune 1,000 accounts
• Lead the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring client needs are integrated into program designs
• Drive innovation by utilizing AI tools for personalized participant experiences and measuring program ROI

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development with Fortune 1,000 companies, including 4+ years in designing solutions for senior leaders
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and coach senior leaders and subject matter experts
• Proficiency in Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and design quality
• Experience in managing client relationships at the executive level
• Ability to balance pedagogical rigor with commercial viability in program design
