Program Director

Job Summary

Leading delivery and operations for a remote studio, the full-time Program Director will manage end-to-end project workflows, oversee a team of Integrated Project Managers and QA Managers, and ensure operational efficiency and quality control across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery operation from brief intake to production and delivery using OMG as the central workflow management system
• Lead and develop a team focused on building a proactive, SLA-aware delivery culture while managing resource allocation effectively
• Establish accountability rhythms for status reporting, SLA tracking, and performance metrics in partnership with the Business Director

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading delivery and operations in a multi-brand content production environment
• Expert proficiency with project management and workflow systems, with experience in OMG or similar platforms
• A track record of building and managing high-performance project management teams
• Strong data literacy, comfortable with delivery metrics and operational dashboards
• Experience managing distributed, multi-cultural teams across different time zones
