Program Director

Job Summary

Leading delivery and operations for the studio, the full-time remote Program Director will manage end-to-end project workflows, oversee a team of Integrated Project Managers, and ensure operational excellence while partnering with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery operation from brief intake to production and delivery using OMG as the central workflow management system
• Lead and develop a team of Integrated Project Managers and QA Managers, fostering a proactive and process-led delivery culture
• Establish accountability rhythms for status reporting, resourcing reviews, and SLA tracking in collaboration with the Business Director

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery and operations in a multi-brand content production environment
• Expert proficiency with project management and workflow systems; experience with OMG or similar platforms is a strong advantage
• Strong data literacy, comfortable with delivery metrics and operational dashboards
• Experience managing distributed, multi-cultural teams across different time zones
• Experience leading studio transitions or agency implementations is a meaningful differentiator
