Program Director

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time PMO Lead/Program Director will manage program governance, oversee PLM/ALM transformation initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of services projects while collaborating with business leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own program governance and align with customer business objectives and PTC strategic vision
• Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps for PLM/ALM adoption and integration
• Directly manage and mentor a team of project and program managers to enhance project delivery excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PLM/ALM program leadership, with strong expertise in PTC related technologies
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs in manufacturing or high-tech industries
• 5+ years of experience in delivering AI solutions to customers
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable
