Program Director

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Program Director will manage the PMO, oversee PLM and ALM transformation programs for top-tier clients, and ensure project delivery excellence while collaborating with business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own program governance and align with customer business objectives and PTC strategic vision
• Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps for PLM/ALM adoption and integration
• Directly manage and mentor a team of project and program managers, ensuring project health and performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PLM/ALM program leadership with expertise in PTC technologies
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs in manufacturing or high-tech industries
• 5+ years of experience in delivering AI solutions to customers
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable
