Program Director

Job Summary

Leading a large federal program, the remote Program Director will manage executive leadership, oversee financial performance, and drive strategic growth while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes across delivery and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program performance, including technical delivery, financial health, and customer satisfaction across federal programs
• Manage all aspects of program performance, including contractual, administrative, and operational responsibilities across multiple projects
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for senior government stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of program management or delivery leadership experience
• 7+ years leading technology service delivery programs within the federal government or government contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience managing program financial performance, including P&L management and operational planning
• Strong knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies and modern digital services practices
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust
