Program Director

Job Summary

To support the delivery of impactful digital services, the remote full-time Program Director will manage executive leadership, oversee financial performance, and drive strategic growth across a large federal program or portfolio of programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program performance, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and managing technical, contractual, and operational responsibilities
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for senior government stakeholders, cultivating strong customer relationships and leading program reviews
• Champion modern delivery practices and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of program management or delivery leadership experience, with relevant experience substituting for education
• 7+ years leading technology service delivery programs within the federal government or government contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience managing program financial performance, including P&L management and operational planning
• Strong knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies and modern digital services practices
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust
