Program Director

Job Summary

Overseeing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, the full-time remote Program Director will drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution while serving as a senior liaison to stakeholders and ensuring program outcomes meet quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client's advocate, managing Profit & Loss and fostering growth within the account base
• Build trusted relationships with senior customers to support their business and IT objectives
• Lead the planning process for incremental growth through coaching and mentoring, collaborating with sales and product development teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• 8+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in a Managed Services Organization
• 5+ years of financial acumen and experience in forecasting within a managed services environment
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage team dynamics
• Strong strategic and tactical account management skills
