Job Summary
Providing overall leadership for the DOT Executive Coaching Program, the full-time remote Program Director will oversee program performance, support execution across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations, and ensure alignment with objectives while managing periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the DOT Executive Coaching Program, ensuring program performance and service quality
- Coordinate with program stakeholders and manage a distributed coaching workforce
- Support the implementation of program requirements, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Demonstrated experience in executive leadership or comparable program oversight
- Ability to manage a scalable program across multiple organizations
- Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
- Ability to meet confidentiality and ethical requirements associated with executive coaching
