Program Director
Job Summary
To support a large, multi-year IT services program for a government client, the full-time remote Program Director will manage overall program performance, strategic alignment, contract governance, and stakeholder engagement across various technical domains.
Key responsibilities
- Hold executive accountability for program performance and delivery health across all work streams
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for platform, cloud, cybersecurity, and data operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic alignment with client leadership and key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Program Director or comparable executive leader on federal IT services programs supporting 80 or more FTEs
- Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-year federal IT services programs with multiple work streams
- Experience with contract governance, budget management, and financial reporting
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
