Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director - Strategy & Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise-level clinical data acquisition programs and initiatives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of data for Risk Adjustment initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and support provider education strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
• 10+ years of experience is preferred
• Certification in CPHQ is preferred
