Program Director (Cost of Care)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director (Cost of Care) to oversee strategic and operational project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance and oversight of Network Cost of Care initiatives and manage internal business projects
• Present to C-level executives and manage relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate EPMO and IT
• Monitor project progress from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to drive structure and organization across complex programs
• Preferred: Graduate degree and 10+ years of experience in related fields
