Program Director CPHQ

Job Summary

Managing internal business projects and programs, the full-time Program Director CPHQ will oversee cross-functional teams, monitor project schedules and budgets, and engage with external vendors while working remotely from within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and monitors project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Develops business case methodologies and collaborates with corporate units to implement business strategies
• Escalates implementation gaps and facilitates issue resolution with senior management and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in program management
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
• Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies
• CPHQ certification preferred
