Program Director (CPHQ Certified)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and oversee the work of external vendors
• Provide governance across operational and strategic project portfolios and manage relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT
• Develop and implement databases, reporting tools, and statistical models to support departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in project/program management
• Preferred: Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 10+ years of experience in a related field
• Preferred: CPHQ certification
