Program Director - Data Center Services

Job Summary

Overseeing the planning and execution of complex projects in critical network facilities, the full-time remote Program Director - Data Center Services will manage deployments of racks, cabling, and power systems while ensuring operational continuity and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for Data Center Services programs
• Oversee project teams responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of data center network infrastructure across North America
• Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's or MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in Data Center services infrastructure with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or program management role
• Proven success leading complex, multi-site infrastructure or network facility programs
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEBS) and regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA)
• PMP certification preferred, with exceptional organizational and leadership skills
