Job Summary

Serving as the senior operational leader for a CMS contract, the full-time salaried Program Director - Federal Health will manage a large multi-disciplinary team, ensuring compliance with contractual performance standards and overseeing all aspects of contract performance, including delivery timelines and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for CMS, managing all contract-related communications and deliverables
• Lead and oversee a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with contractual performance standards and proactively address operational issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare program management or federal contracting
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex systems and workflows
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) program operations
• Experience managing teams of 100 or more staff in a federal healthcare contractor environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a Master's
