Job Summary

To support the execution of complex AI data projects, the full-time Program Director for AI Projects will manage a substantial portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of AI program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex AI initiatives, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards
• Establish program governance, including risk management and high-level executive communications

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting and delivery, with experience at a Big 3 or top-tier firm
• 5+ years of program or portfolio management with large, multi-disciplinary tech programs
• Proven track record of delivering AI, data, or analytics programs into production
• Hands-on technical background in Data Science or Software Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
